Social Service Network is not responsible for job postings nor is it responsible for introductory letters or resumes submitted. Social Service Network is simply a method of sharing whereas anyone has access to the information provided on this site. It is the responsibility of the employer to thoroughly check references and other documentation before offering employment to a job applicant. At the same time, it is the job seeker's responsibility to thoroughly understand the responsibilities and requirements of any job being offered.

Search Engines

Search Engines such as Google and Yahoo constantly index information on our site. Submission of your job opening or resume will or probably will be indexed. This means your information will be visible to anyone who utilizes them. If you are a job seeker and post your information on our site, a user of a search engine should be able to type your name in the search box and your submission will or could be displayed.

Job Seeker: If you are a job seeker and you post your resume on our site, the information you provide in your resume submission, along with your name and contact information you provide, will be accessible to employers, recruiters, staffing agencies and anyone else who has access to the resume database. Therefore, you should carefully consider what information you provide in your resume submission. For instance, we do not recommend providing your Social Security Number or Cell Phone Numbers. We are not responsible for employers, recruiters or staffing agencies who re-disclose your resume information to 3rd parties without our knowledge or permission.

If an employer contacts you, be careful with the information you provide at least until you personally meet the interested party. Even then be careful! Identity thieves are out there.

Job Poster/Employer/Recruiter: If you post your job opening on our site, the information you provide in your submission, along with your name and contact information you provide in your registration will be accessible to job seekers, employers, recruiters and staffing agencies who have access to our database. Therefore, you should carefully consider what information you provide in your job opening.
